REFUNDS
We do not issue refunds for change of mind so please choose carefully!
We only offer exchange or store credit.
Sale items
Sale items cannot be refunded/returned or exchanged.
For sale items, please note that we are unable to provide a return, exchange or refund on these items unless faulty, so please choose carefully.
RETURNS
If the item you have received is faulty or has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately. You will need to return the item to us for inspection (at your own cost) and we will organise a replacement (or store credit) for you as per our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items include Gift Cards/Vouchers.
We are unable to offer change of mind returns or refunds/exchanges for our SALE items. If for any other reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact us with seven days.
Please return items (at the Customer's expense) in unused condition with original tags and packaging (if applicable)
Once the item is received we will process your exchange or refund. Refunds can take 2-4 business days to process.
