Refunds, Exchanges & Returns

We understand it can be tricky ordering online without trying on your items.

For sale items, please note that we are unable to provide an exchange or refund on these items unless faulty, so please choose carefully.

For non sale items, if for any reason your item is not as expected, we are more than happy to help you exchange or to fully refund your purchase within 14 days of purchase.

Please return items (at the Customer's expense) in unused condition with original tags, with the return form and reason for return to:

Once the item is received we will process your exchange or refund. Refunds can take 2-4 business days to process.
